Neil Jones

Neil joined Recipharm in August 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in the CDMO industry and a deep passion for building successful, customer-centric strategies for patients and consumers around the world. Neil’s global experience spans commercial, operational and quality leadership across several major pharmaceutical organisations. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Aenova, where he oversaw significant growth in new business and contributed to a successful sale of the company. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Catalent and led the Vaccines Manufacturing and Innovation Centre (VMIC) in the UK as CEO through its acquisition. Having worked extensively across international markets, Neil brings a strong appreciation for cultural diversity and a proven ability to unite global teams around a shared vision.
